• Led development of M-Meeting from scratch to production, designing the backend, frontend, database and infrastructure. Migrated data from M-Trans to M-Meeting (442 users, 2,346 meeting sessions, 295,000 transcript utterances) with zero data loss.
• Led development of AI Hub from scratch to unify M-RAG and M-Trans: centralized SSO, shared permissions, multi-tenant data isolation, and new apps added without touching the core. Currently in development.
• Built the AWS infrastructure and GitLab CI/CD deploying on every merge, replacing 20-minute manual deploys; CI authenticates via IAM OIDC and runs migrations and image vulnerability scans before deploy. Optimized the infrastructure, cutting monthly AWS costs by 25%.
• Reviewed MRs for teammates; brought Claude Code into the team's workflow; built a design system for the product line with Claude Design and designed the M-Meeting UI/UX on top of it.
